Account Registration

When opening an account on be333, you must provide accurate and complete information. be333 reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your real name, address, and phone number when registering an account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device is prohibited.
• If your account details change, you must notify be333 immediately.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

be333 may request identity verification from a user at any time. This may require submitting a photo of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This process is carried out to protect users and prevent fraud.

Age Verification

To open an account on be333, you must be 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is illegal and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

Deposits and Withdrawals

be333 supports all popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The table below provides detailed information on deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
• If the correct reference number is not used, the deposit may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this welcome bonus, the following conditions must be met.

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20x (you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount).
• To withdraw after accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.
• Winnings from a bonus are added directly to your balance.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, be333 may cancel the bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotions including reload bonuses, referral bonuses, cashback, and VIP privileges are available from time to time. Each promotion has separate terms stated on the relevant offer page. be333 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to the use of betting services on the be333 platform. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is accepted, the winnings are determined based on the outcome of the event.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• Additional rules may apply for live betting events.
• Bets that have been confirmed at the time of an internet disconnection will remain valid.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using technology from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe.
• If a technical issue occurs on a game provider's server, the outcome of the relevant bet will be determined according to the game provider's logs.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be333 platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing artificial bets or bonus hunting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Interfering with the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward be333 staff.

Account Suspension and Closure

be333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Closure by be333

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Opening an account with false or incomplete information.
• Detection of systematic bonus abuse.
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however active bonuses will be cancelled. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming, allowing you to voluntarily restrict yourself from the platform.
